A student team revised the library labels. Ten volunteers tried to find books using the new design. Eight found the labels useful. However, the team knew that volunteers might not represent every student. They recorded the task conditions and planned another trial with different readers. Feedback was used to revise the design rather than to claim that it was perfect.
